Asmuss has appointed Glenn Rogers as General Manager Sales following an executive search conducted by SEQEL Partners.

Founded in 1920, privately-owned Asmuss has grown to become one of New Zealand’s main suppliers to some of the largest industrial and construction projects across the country. Products include structural steel, fittings, pipes, valves and controls, plastics, hydraulics, fencing, and engineering supplies.

Glenn brings a strong sales background from the pharmaceutical and industrial products sectors across Australia and New Zealand. The last 16 years of his career have been spent in increasingly senior sales mandates within NZ Safety Blackwoods, a supplier of safety equipment, engineering supplies, uniforms and packaging with a nationwide network of 32 stores. The business is part of the Australian listed company Wesfarmers Group. Currently, Glenn is the National Manager Sales for NZ Safety Blackwoods, where he has focused on uplifting sales capabilities and achieved impressive growth. Glenn’s earlier career was spent in Australia with GlaxoSmithKline and Sigma Pharmaceuticals where he held state and regional sales leadership roles.

Glenn holds a Masters of Business Administration from Swinburn University. He commences with Asmuss in mid September.
