Ballance Agri-Nutrients Ltd are proud to announce the appointment of Jackie Rich as General Manager People & Capability following an executive search conducted by SEQEL Partners.

Ballance Agri-Nutrients, one of New Zealand’s Top 50 companies, is a NZ success story that plays a crucial role in underpinning our agricultural economy. As General Manager People & Capability, Jackie will report to the Chief Executive, Mark Wynne, and have overall responsibility for championing Ballance’s people strategy by inspiring and shaping a high-performing culture that values and cares for its people.

Jackie is a proven internationally experienced human resources professional who has successfully led teams at both strategic and operational levels. She has over 20 years’ experience spanning the full spectrum of HR functions in Australasian centric businesses with Carter Holt Harvey, Frucor, Asahi Beverages and Toll Group. Originally from Scotland, Jackie first moved to NZ in 2009 post a successful career in the UK with Sara Lee and Promat International. Jackie has lived and worked in Glasgow, London, Paris, Brussels, Tokyo, Auckland and Melbourne however has chosen to call New Zealand home after becoming a citizen six years ago.

Jackie will be joining the Ballance team in February 2020.
