Chubb Life New Zealand (previously Cigna New Zealand) has announced the appointment of Linley Wood to its Board as a Non Executive Director following a director search conducted by SEQEL Partners. 

Previously a member of the ASB Executive Leadership team for 25 years, Linley accumulated wide ranging financial services leadership experience across strategy, governance, legal and regulatory compliance, people and culture, communications, community partnerships, and end-to-end customer experience.

Linley is currently a member of the BNZ Board and is Chair of the BNZ Board Risk & Compliance Committee and the Board Due Diligence Committee. She is also appointed to the Boards of Melanesian Mission Trust, Auckland City Mission and Auckland City Mission Foundation, and is the Deputy Chair and Finance Governor for King’s School.

Linley is a member of the NZ Institute of Directors, the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and an associate member of the New Zealand Law Society. She holds an MBA (Finance) and a BA LLB from the University of Auckland.
