Fonterra Co-operative has appointed Keith Muirhead as General Manager Talent Acquisition following an executive search conducted by SEQEL Partners.

Fonterra is a New Zealand Dairy Co-operative bringing together 9,000 farmer owners and around 20,000 employees globally. Reporting into the Managing Director People & Culture, Kate Daly, as General Manager Talent Acquisition Keith will be responsible for ensuring Fonterra has sourcing and attraction strategies, systems and processes that enable the Co-operative to attract the best talent globally.

Keith brings over 30 years’ experience across some of NZ’s leading brands including Les Mills, Air New Zealand and Fletcher Building. He joins Fonterra from the recruitment agency, Alexander James, in the role of General Manager. Keith describes his passion as developing great teams and businesses through the acquisition and engagement of great people and loves seeing the very tangible impact hiring great talent can have on individuals, companies and communities. 

Keith joins Fonterra in early February.
