Fortysouth appoints Jeremy Yan as Chief Financial Officer

Fortysouth has appointed Jeremy Yan as Chief Financial Officer following an executive search conducted by SEQEL Partners.
Fortysouth is New Zealand’s leading independent digital infrastructure partner and is owned by offshore infrastructure investors InfraRed Capital Partners, Northleaf Capital Partners and Infratil. The business was established after acquiring Vodafone’s tower assets in 2023.
Jeremy is currently the Head of Strategy for Fletcher Building’s Building Products Group. Earlier he was the New Zealand Chief Financial Officer for multinational plastics company Aliaxis which owns Marley, Dynex, RX Plastics and Dux in this country. Prior to this he held a range of senior finance mandates with Fletcher Building, Spark and Delegat Group.
Jeremy holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Administration from Victoria University. He commences his new role at Fortysouth in August.
