Freedom Lifestyle Villages has appointed Julianne Keast as Chief Financial Officer following an executive search conducted by SEQEL Partners.

Freedom Lifestyle Villages (FLV) is a Tauranga-based developer and operator of high quality and affordable over 50’s lifestyle village communities for independent living. The company has completed villages in Matamata, Papamoa and Cambridge, and has villages under development in Rotorua and Ravenswood.

Julianne is an experienced finance professional who has worked in a range of sectors including horticulture, operations/syndication, and honey/export. Her early career was spent in Audit at KPMG before joining Comvita in 2010. There, she spent the next decade in a variety of finance orientated roles including General Manager Finance and Acting Chief Financial Officer. Julianne then joined Southern Cross Horticulture in 2020, progressing to Chief Financial Officer.

Julianne is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Management Studies from the University of Waikato. She joins FLV in mid-September.
