Fulton Hogan appoints Nathan Marsh as Group Chief Financial Officer

Fulton Hogan has appointed Nathan Marsh as Group Chief Financial Officer following an executive search conducted by SEQEL Partners.

Established in Dunedin in the early 1930’s, Fulton Hogan is now one of Australia and New Zealand’s largest infrastructure services and building products business. The company employs over 9,500 staff across more than 100 locations.

Nathan brings extensive senior financial leadership experience across local and international FMCG, manufacturing, agriculture, R&D, retail, and whole businesses. Currently he is the CFO of Foodstuffs South Island, New Zealand’s largest grocery distributor with over 200 stores. The mandate sees him accountable for managing all aspects of the financial accounting, treasury, commercial finance, internal audit, insurance, member accountancy services and legal functions. Nathan spent the previous 10 years of his career with PGG Wrightson Seeds, a $500 million revenue R&D and wholesale seed company, as the General Manager Commercial where he essentially operated as Divisional CFO for the independent business unit within PGG Wrightson. His early background saw him hold increasingly senior finance positions within the primary sector businesses Wool Equities and Fonterra.

Nathan holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from the University of Canterbury and is a Chartered Accountant. He commences with Fulton Hogan in May 2024.
