Gallagher Holdings appoints Anna Curzon as an Independent Director

Gallagher Holdings has appointed Anna Curzon as an Independent Director following a Director search led by SEQEL Partners. 

Gallagher Holdings is a privately owned export business manufacturing and globally marketing high technology security and animal management products.

Anna was a member of the global Xero leadership team for seven years, holding the positions of Chief Product Officer, Chief Partner Officer and prior to that Managing Director – New Zealand. She is now a board director, advisor and investor, using her tech experience and nearly 20 years in the financial services industry to advise global companies. 

Anna's governance portfolio includes Kiwibank and Jade Software, and she was recently appointed Chair of Atomic.io. In May 2025 Anna became a founding member of the charity B416, which she now Co-Chairs.

Anna was a member of the New Zealand Prime Minister’s Business Advisory Council from 2018 – 2020. In 2021 Anna was appointed as one of the three APEC Business Advisory Council (ABAC) New Zealand Members by Dame Jacinda Adern and was reappointed for another term by The Rt Hon Christopher Luxon in 2024. During her tenure so far at ABAC, Anna has co-chaired the Digital Working Group, led the WTO workstream, and currently Chairs the Regional Economic Integration Working Group. 

In 2017 the global SaaS Report named Anna one of the Top 25 Women Leaders in SaaS and in 2023 she was named in the Top 100 Women in FinTech. She has also been recognised by the business community locally as the Young Enterprise Distinguished Alumni of the Year and Supreme Alumni of the Year winner in 2022. 

Anna holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Post Graduate Diploma in Commerce both from the University of Auckland.
