Gull New Zealand has appointed André Gaylard as Chief Financial Officer following an executive search conducted by SEQEL Partners. 

Most recently Andre was Chief Financial Officer at listed software company Task Group and previously Plexure, before the merger with Task which at the time was a privately owned Australian software company.

Prior to Plexure, Andre was General Manager Future Generation at Genesis Energy. He previously held the roles of General Manager Kupe and Corporate Finance and General Manager Kupe, Wholesale Finance at Genesis. He joined Genesis from New Zealand Oil and Gas in January 2017 after the Kupe asset portfolio was acquired by Genesis.

Prior to this André has held Chief Financial Officer roles at listed companies New Zealand Oil and Gas and Delegat Group.

André is a Chartered Accountant and graduate of the University of Cape Town.
