Holmes Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Graham Darlow as Independent Chair of the subsidiary company, Holmes Consulting, following a search conducted by SEQEL Partners.

Holmes Group, established over 60 years ago in New Zealand, has grown to over 400 people with businesses located across the Pacific rim and Europe. Subsidiaries include Holmes Structures, Holmes Fire, Holmes Solutions, Holmes Farsight and Holmes Consulting. Holmes Consulting is a dedicated engineering and design specialist firm.

Graham brings deep construction experience, having served as the Chief Executive for the Construction division at Fletcher Building over an extended period of time. As CEO Graham led an organisation with annual revenue of circa NZ$3b and over 4,000 direct employees. Areas of construction work included commercial and institutional building, infrastructure, housing, earthquake repairs and specialist engineering construction.

Graham currently Chairs the Board of Frequency, is an independent board member of both Hich Group and City Care. He also Chairs the Downtown Infrastructure PCG, PAB-HLC Auckland Civils Alliance.

Graham commences his appointment as Chair of Holmes Consulting in December 2017.
