Kiwi Property has appointed Steve Penney as General Manager Funds Management following an executive search conducted by SEQEL Partners.

Kiwi Property is one of the largest listed property companies on the NZX, owning and managing over $3 billion in direct property investments, and manages properties valued at over $350 million for third party clients. Steve will join the Kiwi Property Executive Team reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, Clive Mackenzie.

Steve brings 20 years of investment and finance experience to the role, including most recently as General Manager, Investment, at Stride Property Group, where he was instrumental in the development and execution of the company’s funds management strategy. Prior to this, Steve worked as Investment Director and Partner at H.R.L Morrison & Co Limited and Associate Director at PwC.
