Northleaf Capital Partners appoints Ken Tunnicliffe as Non Executive Director at Fortysouth

Northleaf Capital Partners has appointed Ken Tunnicliffe as their representative Non Executive Director on Fortysouth following a Director search conducted by SEQEL Partners.
Fortysouth is a New Zealand infrastructure business incorporating Vodafone’s passive infrastructure assets having been acquired by three strategic investors – Northleaf Capital Partners, InfraRed Capital Partners and Infratil.
Ken is an experienced executive with a long career initially in various technology companies, and then for a 15 year period within Vodafone. He joined Vodafone in New Zealand in 2005 as the Technology Director and Chief Technology Officer before moving to Turkey five years later in a similar position. On his return to Auckland in 2012 he was appointed as the Transformation Director, before his final appointment as the Enterprise and Wholesale Director in 2014.
Since departing Vodafone in 2019, he has pursued a portfolio of consultancy interests and has spent approximately two years on the 2degrees Board prior to the organisation being acquired by Macquarie.
Ken holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from the University of Otago.
