Organic Initiative (Oi) have appointed Clare Morgan as Chief Executive Officer following an executive search undertaken by SEQEL Partners.

Organic Initiative (Oi) provide certified organic feminine hygiene and adult care products that are kinder to you and the planet. Currently distributing throughout New Zealand, Australia and the US, Oi are committed to removing plastics, synthetics, toxins, and toxic chemicals from your world.
 
Clare is a senior executive with a depth of experience in related entities. Prior to joining Oi, Clare was with the animal health pharmaceutical company Argenta as Director Commercial Operations – Product Development. Previously Clare spent six years with Fonterra in a variety of roles including Export Director for the Pacific and the South East Asia co-pack business, Director Marketing & Innovation for Fonterra Brands NZ, and Commercial / Marketing Director for Fonterra’s strategic alliance with Coca Cola in ASEAN. Her early career covered general management, marketing, sales and other commercially orientated senior mandates in highly branded consumer product businesses like Wrigley, DB Breweries, Goodman Fielder and Bendon.
 
Clare has a Bachelor of Business Studies from Massey University. She started with Oi in late February.
