Plexure (NZX: PX1) has announced the appointment of André Gaylard as Chief Financial Officer following an executive search conducted by SEQEL Partners.

André is currently General Manager Future Generation at Genesis Energy, having joined the company in January 2017 from New Zealand Oil and Gas. He previously held the roles of General Manager Kupe and Corporate Finance and General Manager Kupe, Wholesale Finance at Genesis. Prior to this André has held Chief Financial Officer roles at listed companies New Zealand Oil and Gas (which sold its Kupe Assets to Genesis) and Delegat Group.

Plexure’s Chairman Phil Norman said “we are excited to welcome André to Plexure. He brings a strong strategic and commercial skillset which will help drive business performance”.

André is a Chartered Accountant and graduate of the University of Cape Town.
