Plexure are delighted to announce the appointment of Paula Williams as People & Culture Director following an executive search conducted by SEQEL Partners.

Plexure is an NZX/ASX listed global mobile engagement company which enables brands to connect consumers with physical stores through personalised offers.

As a member of Plexure’s Executive Leadership Team and reporting to the CEO, Craig Herbison, Paula will be responsible for providing leadership in developing, enhancing and executing the People & Culture strategy in support of the overall business growth agenda. This includes succession planning, engagement, talent management, organisational design and change, learning and development, performance management and compensation.

Paula brings a strong People & Culture pedigree with a particular passion for the future of work, talent management, lifting performance & engagement, building strong leaders and developing a culture where everyone can thrive. She is currently the People & Culture Director at Simpson Grierson, one of New Zealand's leading commercial law firms. Previously, Paula spent three years with Air New Zealand in Senior HR Business Partners positions, and earlier spent seven-plus years with IAG New Zealand in partnering, talent and recruitment roles.
