​Plexure Appoints Russell Harwood as Customer Success Director

Plexure are delighted to announce the appointment of Russell Harwood as Customer Success Director following a global executive search conducted by SEQEL Partners.

Plexure is an NZX/ASX listed global mobile engagement company which enables brands to connect consumers with physical stores through personalised offers. Some of Plexure’s key clients globally include McDonalds, Super Indo, White Castle and 7-Eleven.

As a member of the Plexure’s Executive Leadership Team and reporting to the CEO, Craig Herbison, Russell will be responsible for the Global Customer division at Plexure focusing on growing and managing existing customers. Russell will lead an international team based across Plexure’s offices in Chicago, Atlanta, New York, Tokyo, Copenhagen, London and Auckland.

Russell has a strong marketing, data and customer background following an extensive international career with Vodafone in the UK, Turkey, Germany and New Zealand. At Vodafone NZ, Russell served as the General Manager Commercial Marketing, before spending 6 years as the Head of Customer Base Marketing. Most recently, Russell has led a successful consulting business, partnering with various clients on their customer, marketing and go to market strategies.

Russell holds a BSc (Hons) majoring in Accounting & Finance management from Loughborough University.

Russell commences with Plexure in January 2021.
