Rabobank New Zealand Appoints Brent Goldsack as Non-Executive Director

Agribusiness banking specialist Rabobank has announced the appointment of Brent Goldsack as a Non-Executive Director for their New Zealand entity, following a search conducted by SEQEL Partners. Brent will work with Rabobank NZ colleagues including incoming Chair, Andy Borland who has served as a Rabobank Director since 2016, and is the Managing Director of leading New Zealand diversified agribusiness Scales Group.
Brent, a farmer-elected member of the Fonterra Board since 2017, had a 25-year career in corporate advisory roles both in New Zealand and overseas, including 12 years as a Partner with PwC. Most recently Brent ran the firm’s Waikato practice. He also currently Chairs the Board of Waitomo Group Limited and its subsidiaries and serves on the board of Canterbury Grasslands Limited. Brent is actively involved as a shareholder in three dairy operations in the Waikato and has shareholding interests in other dairy farms with operations in New Zealand and the United States.
Brent is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Administration from Victoria University. He also attended INSEAD’s Executive Development Programme in 2010.
