Seeka have announced the appointment of Robert Farron as an Independent Director, effective 1^st September 2021, following a Board appointment process conducted by SEQEL Partners.

Robert is a Chartered Accountant (CAANZ) and a Chartered Member of the Institute of Directors NZ. His governance experience includes over five years as Independent Director for BGH Group, which includes subsidiaries such as Bay Engineering Supplies, Hose (NZ) Ltd and Maud Kirk Ltd.

Robert’s extensive executive career saw him hold executive positions within the energy and financial services sectors including time as CEO for Tilt Renewables Australia, where he led the demerger of Tilt Renewables from Trustpower and listed the business on the NZX and ASX. Prior, Robert was CFO and Company Secretary for Trustpower for over 12 years. His earlier career saw him hold increasingly senior finance mandates within the ANZ Banking Group.
