Susan Paterson has 19 years of experience as a professional director. She has a Bachelor of Pharmacy and practiced as a pharmacist before moving into management roles in New Zealand and the United Kingdom. 

Susan completed an MBA at London Business School and was a strategy consultant for the Boston based Index Group across Europe and the USA. She chairs Airways, Theta Ltd and the NZ Eco Labeling Trust with other directorships including the Electricity Authority, Housing New Zealand, Les Mills Holdings Limited and Abano Healthcare Group Limited. Past directorships include Transpower NZ Limited, St Cuthbert’s College and Ports of Auckland.
