The Listed Investment Companies (NZX listed funds Kingfish, Barramundi and Marlin Global) has appointed Dan Coman as an Independent Director following a Director search led by SEQEL Partners. 

Dan Coman is a highly experienced Chief Financial Officer with over 20 years executive experience in listed, international organisations working across Australia, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom.

Dan was most recently Deputy Chief Financial Officer at for IAG Australia, overseeing all core finance functions across a A$20 billion business spanning Australia, New Zealand, and Asia. He led financial planning, reporting, treasury, tax, and reinsurance, with the Australian CFO reporting to him. Dan previously acted as IAG Australia’s Chief Financial Officer and held senior roles in IAG New Zealand, including Chief Financial Officer and Executive General Manager of Transformation, where he led the Lumley Insurance integration. Earlier in his career, Dan held senior roles in wealth and funds management at Barclays and Schroders.

Dan is a Fellow of the Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
