Vincent Capital Appoints Mike Allen and Paul Duffy as Independent Advisors.

Vincent Capital are delighted to announce the appointment of Mike Allen and Paul Duffy as Independent Advisors, following an appointment process undertaken by SEQEL Partners.
Vincent Capital is a market leading non-bank funder of Auckland based residential and commercial property development projects. They also specialise in providing first registered mortgage property loans in the Auckland and Queenstown regions. As of July 2020 Vincent Capital has a loan book of $200 million and had completed over $400 million of funding deals.
Mike Allen is a well respected professional director who has deep financial market and investment banking expertise. Mike is currently Chair of the Investment Committee for Tainui Group Holdings, Chair of Investor Properties Ltd and is a Director for China Construction Bank and Taumata Plantations Ltd. Previous governance roles have included Abano Healthcare, GoBus Ltd, Godfrey Hirst Australia and Coats Plc where he was Chair for 18 months. His last corporate executive role was running the Westpac Institutional Bank. Prior to this role he was Head of Mergers and Acquisitions for Southpac Corporation where he was deeply involved in mergers and acquisitions across a range of sectors and engaged in capital raising and allocation initiatives.
Paul Duffy is regarded as one of New Zealand’s most experienced property development and finance professionals, offering specialist knowledge of funds management, investment and capital markets. Paul is currently a Director of Asset Plus and Leighs Construction. Previous governance roles have included DNZ Property Fund, Diversified NZ Property, Inventure, Premier Hotels Ltd and Chair of Augusta Capital and Keystone Property Education Trust. His last corporate executive role was Chief Executive for DNZ Property Fund where he had oversight of company strategy including acquisitions and divestment of surplus assets. Prior to this role he was Chief Executive for Dominion Funds, an international fund management group which specialises in identifying and investing in global trends.
