VPlas has appointed Keith Sinton as Chief Executive Officer following an executive search conducted by SEQEL Partners.

Established in 2011, the privately owned Vision Plastics NZ (trading as VPlas) has grown to become a market leading New Zealand based business. The company produces resins and rotational moulding products for a range of industrial customers and processes end of life plastic products, such as water tanks and mussel floats, into new recycled resins. In addition to domestic customers, VPlas also has offshore sales into the Australian and Pacific markets.

Keith brings a strong background in the NZ manufacturing sector predominantly gained from a range of sales, operations and general management mandates within the ASX listed manufacturer, Pact Group. Most recently, Keith was GM Sales for Pact Packaging NZ, one of the three divisions within the Group. As a member of the New Zealand leadership team he was accountable for managing and optimising the NZ sales function with a focus on fostering key relationships with large B2B customers. The previous eight years were spent in two growth-focused business unit management roles for Alto Packaging Albany, a producer of rigid plastic meat packaging, and Auckland Drum Sustainability Services, a manufacturer of recycled resin and re-conditioner of drums and IBCs. 

Keith holds a Bachelor of Business Studies from Massey University. He commenced with VPlas on 1^st May.
